Md. Zillur Rahman, FCMA

Md. Zillur Rahman is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) with over 26 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting and strategic management across Bangladesh's top industrial groups, including Al-Muslim Group, Kiam Metal Industries, Thermax Group and Northern Tosrifa Group.

Throughout his career he has served in key C-suite roles such as Group CFO and Director of Finance & Accounts, overseeing large-scale financial operations, capital structuring, IPOs, bond financing, tax compliance and ERP implementations. His expertise extends across manufacturing, textiles, RMG and export sectors, where he has driven operational efficiency, internal control systems and corporate governance.

As Managing Partner at CBS Advisory, Mr. Rahman brings a results-driven, ethical and forward-thinking approach to advisory excellence, aligning financial strategy with sustainable business growth. He embodies CBS Advisory's core values of integrity, transparency and client-centric collaboration.

Md. Ashikur Rahman

With over a decade of diversified experience spanning audit, financial management, business advisory and ERP implementation, Md. Ashikur Rahman stands as a cornerstone of CBS Advisory's strategic direction and operational excellence. As a Founding Partner, he plays a pivotal role in steering the firm's financial consulting, taxation and business transformation initiatives, ensuring CBS Advisory remains synonymous with integrity, innovation and measurable impact.

Ashikur began his professional journey at Hussain Farhad & Co., a leading Chartered Accountancy firm under ICAB, where he developed deep expertise in audit planning, internal control evaluation and financial reporting across sectors such as agro, manufacturing and trading. His tenure at Philips Lighting Bangladesh Ltd. further strengthened his command over business analytics, product costing, budget management and compliance reporting, skills that continue to shape CBS Advisory's data-driven advisory approach today.

A Chartered Accountancy course-completed professional from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and a BBA graduate of Fareast International University, Ashikur blends technical depth with strategic foresight. His core competencies include financial modelling, fund management, ERP system implementation (QuickBooks, Odoo, Dynamics NAV, Tally) and tax planning.

As a thought leader within CBS Advisory, he drives initiatives aimed at enhancing client profitability, optimising internal controls and leveraging technology for process automation. Paskal Saljong Mrong

Paskal Saljong Mrong is a dynamic accounting professional with over nine years of diversified experience in financial management, cloud accounting and business advisory across local and international markets. He completed his CA Articleship under the mentorship of Mr. M. Farhad Hussain, FCA, at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), gaining strong technical expertise and professional discipline in audit, taxation and financial reporting.

Paskal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of the People, California, USA, reflecting his commitment to global education and continuous professional development.

Before joining CBS Advisory, he held managerial roles at Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd., a global accounting firm headquartered in New York, and at Philips Electronics Bangladesh Private Limited, a subsidiary of Royal Philips, The Netherlands.

At CBS Advisory, Paskal leads the firm's digital transformation and automation initiatives, integrating Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Intuit QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally and Wave Accounting to deliver accuracy, transparency and strategic growth for clients.
